My keyboard or mouse are not working

• Check whether these peripherals are connected to the right jacks at the PC.
• Remove the cable and clean the respective connectors in order to remove any
  possible dirt which may exist.
• If you have a mouse with a ball, try to clean the ball with a soft cloth. You should
  also clean the mouse inside with dampened cotton wool.
