MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance is not included in the warranty.
Proper use of the appliance and proper and regular maintenance are essential to ensure better performance and longer
service life.
Periodic maintenance
At least once a year
before the start of the season, it is recommended that:
Gas pipe replacement if damaged
Replacing the worn parts of the heater
External heater cleaning with wet soft cloth,
not inflammable or corrosive solvents
Depending on the quality of the type of gas used,
it is possible that the glass tubular obscures
due to the
components added to the propane gas mixture and generally to the dirt;
for the internal cleaning of the glass
tube
you can use a soft cloth, restoring the initial transparency.
Glass tube replacement
If you need to replace the glass tube (important blackening after a few years, or accidental breakage) proceed as
follows:
-
wait until the heater is cold, in all its parts
- Remove hat by acting on the 3 bolted links (cross head) M5 placed on the top of the hat
- remove the broken glass tube -
PAY ATTENTION
- reassemble hat
Glass tube cleaning
If glass cleaning is required, proceed as follows:
Wait until the heater is cold, in all its parts
Remove hat by acting on the 3 bolted links (cross head) M5 placed on the top of the hat
remove the broken glass tube -
PAY ATTENTION
Use a wet cloth to clean the inside of the glass by gently passing it from one end to the other until the glass
returns clean
Put the glass back in its position and reassemble the hat
MANDATORY; the heater must be carried / moved only when it is cold and in the absence of gas tank
(safety and protection components).
