g) material which respects radio electric disturbance;
h) special electric material, to be used on ships, airplanes and trains, in conformance with the safety
regulations laid out by the International Organizations, which the State Members of the European
Economic Community are part of;
i)
electrical material which will be exported outside the territory of the European Economic Community".
The product mentioned falls within the field of application of the Electromagnetic (EMC) compatibility
directive 89/336/CEE applied in Italy under Law D.Lgs.615/96,as some of its components fall within the
definition set out by Article 2:
“1.This decree applies to the apparatus which could create electromagnetic emission or its functioning might be altered
due to electromagnetic disturbances present in the environment.
It sets out the requirements to protect the electromagnetic compatibility aswell as the suitable checking methods
advisable.
2. The apparatus which has been built for military use do not fall within the field of application of this present decree,
unless they are commercially available.
3. The radio apparatus used by the amateur radio operators do not fall within the field of application of this present
decree, unless they are commercially available.
4. The dispositions set out by this present decree are not applied or cease to be applied to the apparatus which are
required to have electromagnetic compatibility protection, which are set out by specific Community directives in force.
5. The apparatus to which the measures indicated in Comma 1 can be not applied, set out by Law 22 May 1980,
N°.209 "
But, do not fall within the field of application set out by the Machine Directive 89/392/CEE and further
modifications laid out in Italy under Law DPR 459/96, as shown in comma 2,Article 1:
“… Omissis
2. With this hereby regulation we mean "machine" to be a collection of parts or organs, of which at least one is mobile,
connected together,by means of actuators, witth command circuits and power or other systems of connection, linked
solidly together for a specific purpose, to transform, handle, move or the conditioning of the material.
… Omissis”

This device has been build in accordance with the conformity requirements set out in Directive 89/336/CEE
using the norms for soundproofing CEI EN 61326-1 and its compatibility has been tested according to:
