Cleaning
NOTICE
Equipment damage due to improper cleaning.
Improper cleaning may result in equipment damage.

Only use recommended cleaning agents and tools.

Never use sharp objects for cleaning.

Clean the housing with a soft cloth, dry or dampened with a mild water-diluted
cleaning agent without powder additives.

Keep the windows clean to maintain the performance of the device. Regularly
check the windows for contamination such as dust or humidity. If there is contam‐
ination, gently clean the windows with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild cleaning
agent if needed.
Cleaning procedure:
Operating the product in conjunction with external illumination systems may result in
hazardous radiation exposure. Please note the accompanying production documenta‐
tion.
