Handles
Type “inline”
1
Pull the locking knob on the right-hand side of the
analyzer unit.
2
Pull the outer enclosure from the flange and remove
completely.
Type “wall housing”
1
Release the manual wheel on the hood of the housing.
2
Remove the hood from the base frame (use the
manual wheel as a handle).
Type “19" slide-in enclosure”
Open the front panel of the analyzer unit.
Type “industrial housing”
Open the door of the analyzer unit.
CAUTION:
Risk of skin burns
●
The sensor block and the sample gas filter are hot when in operation
(
200 °C). This also applies to the surfaces.
●
The following applies to the analyzer unit types “inline” and “industrial
housing”:
The sampling pipe of the sampling probe is pulled out of the filter element.
In some applications the sampling pipe can reach a temperature of up to
350 °C.
Wear protective gloves.
Keep dismantled, hot components away from electrical components and
cables and leave to cool at a protected place.
WARNING:
Danger in the event of discharged process gas
Does not apply to devices with the “flow barrier” option.
●
If the sample gas filter is opened, a certain amount of the unfiltered
process gas (sample gas) is released.
●
The following applies to analyzer unit types “inline” and “industrial
housing”:
If the process gas pressure is higher than the ambient pressure,
process gas may flow from the filter housing as long as the filter is open.
If the process gas constitutes a potential hazard:
Ensure protective
measures against discharged process gas (breathing equipment,
ventilation).
Protect the analyzer unit against the effect of discharged process gas (dust,
corrosive gases).
