To display the status log, connect the SOPAS ET configuration software with the device
online.

If you require any technical information, our SICK Service will be happy to help. To find

NOTE
Before calling, make a note of all type label data such as type code, serial number, etc.,
to ensure faster processing.

Repairs
Repair work on the device may only be performed by qualified and authorized personnel
from SICK AG. Interruptions or modifications to the device by the customer will invalid‐
ate any warranty claims against SICK AG.

Returns

Only send in devices after consulting with SICK Service.

The device must be sent in the original packaging or an equivalent padded pack‐
aging.
NOTE
Optional memory card

Check whether there is a memory card in the card slot of the device. If yes, remove
the memory card from the faulty device in
de-energized state
.

Do not send in the memory card!
