Unplug unit before cleaning, moving, or servicing.

Remove rear panel before cleaning cabinet

Do not spray liquids into cabinet or back panel. This could
damage electrical components.
Function & Purpose:
This unit is intended to hold food at proper serving temperature. It is
NOT intended to cook raw food.
Operation:
1. Place food warmer on fl at stable surface
2. Plug power cord into grounded electrical outlet
3. Turn power switch to ON position
4. Unit reaches maximum temperature in 20 minutes
5. Place hot food into food warmer
6. Turn off power switch, then unplug food warmer prior to
transporting
Cleaning:

Turn off power, unplug unit, and allow to completely cool before
cleaning the unit.

Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent solution, wiping in
the grain direction.

Do not use abrasives, scrapers, or cleaners containing
chlorine.

Rinse with wet cloth, and dry with a clean dry cloth.
-
Scratches can be blended with a fi ne 3M Scotch Brite® pad,
wiping in the grain direction.
IMPORTANT:
Always provide the serial
number when ordering parts.
Note: Switch light is on whenever
unit is plugged in, or connected
to the power supply cord, even if
fuse is blown.
UNIT REACHES MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE IN 20 MINUTES.
