In this use case, the Sync-Transceiver operates in 2-channel mode. The Sync-Transceiver transmits the time-
protocol information IRIG B or DCF77 to up to 6 SIPROTEC 4 or SIPROTEC 5 protection devices via channel 1.
The Sync-Transceiver transmits the minute pulse to the SIPROTEC 3 protection devices via channel 2.
