Synchronizing up to 6 Protection Devices Using 2 Channels
Certain applications, such as line differential protection, require a high-precision second pulse in addition to
the protocols for time synchronization. The Sync-Transceiver can forward both types of time information in
parallel to up to 6 SIPROTEC 4 or SIPROTEC 5 devices using the cascadable Y bus cable 7XV5105-0AAxx.
