Note:
The typical and maximum values given here are taken from the measurements of corner
samples for ERTEC 200P Step1 and the power dissipation simulations for ERTEC 200P-2
standardized on that basis.
*) The power dissipation shown is the power dissipation in the integrated PHY (105.2 mW
per port= 210 mW), which cannot be calculated on the basis of the current consumption
(constant 80 mA) as the external power dissipation (40 mW per port) must not be included
in the power dissipation calculation for the ERTEC 200P ASIC.
The power dissipation relevant for the PHY supply is calculated as follows:
