Inserting and removing the compact flash card
The compact flash card enables local video recording. The length of the recording
depends on the video stream and on the storage capacity.
Example
If the compact flash card has a storage capacity of 4 GB, an image format of 4CIF
at standard quality and a transfer rate of 1 MB/s, then the video stream can be
recorded for approx. 2.5 hours.
IMPORTANT
Recording errors when using the wrong Compact Flash card
Using an improper Compact Flash card can cause errors upon recording video
data.

Make sure the card meets the requirements for the permissible temperature
range of 0 – 70 °C, the minimum required transfer rate of 1 MB/s and the
minimum storage capacity of 4 GB. See Section 4: Technical data.
