9.6 Installing
the
ferrite
core
Compliance with the European Directive 2004/108/EC „Electromagnetic Compatibility” will be
achieved only if the device is equipped with a a ferrite core.
The snap-on ferrite core type 74271132 (manufacturer: Würth) is included in the
delivery.
IMPORTANT
z
The distance between the ferrite core and the device must not exceed 100
mm.
z
In case the I/O cable used should not fit into the snap-on ferrite core supplied,
another ferrite core with the same electrical properties has to be used.

Connect the I/O cable to the I/O port.
