Requirements:

The sending and receiving handsets
must both be registered to the same
base unit.

The other handset and the base unit
can send and receive directory entries.

A successful transfer is confirmed by a
message and the confirmation tone at the
receiver handset.
Please note:

Entries with identical numbers are not
overwritten in the receiver handset.

The transfer is cancelled if the phone
rings or if the memory of the receiving
handset is full.
Copying a displayed number to
the directory
You can copy numbers to the directory;
they will be displayed in a list, e.g. the
calls list or last number redial list, in an
SMS or during a call.

Copying a number from the directory
In many operating situations you can
open the directory to copy a number, for
example. Your handset need not be in idle
status.

Storing a birthday in the directory
You can store a birthday for every number
in the directory, and specify a time when
you will receive a reminder call on the
birthday.
