Playing messages
The date and time of arrival of each message is logged (provided
this function is set, page 50). The caller's number is stored if the
calling line is identified.
A flashing
ö
key on the base indicates that there are new mes-
sages which you have not yet listened to.
Press
ó
to listen to the first new message over the loudspeaker
in the base station:

If there are no new messages, the old messages are played
back.
◆
If there are new messages on the answering machine, it will
play back the old messages after the last new message. You
now hear the end tone. Once they have been played, new mes-
sages are added to the list after the old ones.
You can press the
ó
key to pause message playback, press the
same key again to resume playback or press
ô
to skip to the
beginning of the next message.
Deleting messages
Delete all old messages:
The answering machine must be switched on but not active.
Press
õ
. The loudspeaker prompts you to confirm the deletion of
all old messages by pressing the key again. Press
õ
again. All the
old messages are deleted.
Delete an individual message during playback:
Press
õ
while listening to the message.

If you have not recorded a personal announcement
you will hear the pre-recorded announcement. This
announcement cannot be changed or deleted.
