in
Folder List
.
This displays the dialogues available.
ì
Click
External call forwarding
.
The corresponding tabs are then displayed. You will now see the
External call for-
warding
tab.
ì
In the MSN list, click the MSN with the redirecting type for which you want to con-
figure external call forwarding.
– Select an MSN with redirecting type
Immediately
.
The call forwarding is activated as soon as an external call is received.
or
– Select an MSN with redirecting type
On busy
.
The call forward when busy is only activated if the Receive MSN is busy.
or
– Select an MSN with the redirecting type
On no reply.
The call forward is activated after a short wait unless a different terminal takes
the external call.
ì
In the lower section of the tab, select the redirecting type you want.
i
If you have entered your base station as preferred redirection location in
the
System Settings > Assignments
dialogue, the following restrictions
apply:
u
Only one external call forward can be activated at any one time. This
applies even if you set up call forwarding for several Receive MSNs.
u
The call forward when busy option is not available because the base
station can only redirect a call when both B-channels are free.
i
All three redirecting types can be set up for each MSN. Bear in mind that
Immediate call forwarding
has priority over the other two because it
reacts to every incoming call without checking other conditions.
The redirecting types call forward
On busy
and
On no reply
can both be
active for an MSN at the same time, because the conditions for activating
call forwarding differ.
