customer service
If you have any questions, are unable to
rectify a malfunction of the device
yourself or if the device needs to be
repaired, please contact our
service department.
Start self-test
1. Switch off the appliance and wait for 5
minutes.
You can solve many problems yourself
using the troubleshooting information in
these operating instructions or on our
website. If not, please contact our
service department.
2. Switch on the device and, within the
first 10 seconds, hold down the
super button, Fig. "/2, for 3-5
seconds until a
sound signal sounds.
The self-test program starts.
We always find a suitable solution and try
to avoid unnecessary visits from the
service technician.
While the self-test is running, a long
beep will sound.
When the self-test is over and you hear
two beeps, your device is OK.
We ensure that the device is repaired by
trained service technicians both within
the warranty period and after the
manufacturer's warranty has expired with
original spare parts.
If the super key flashes for 10 seconds
and 5 beeps sound, there is an error.
Please contact customer service.
For safety reasons, only trained specialist
personnel may carry out repairs on the
device. The warranty claim is void if
repairs or interventions are carried out by
persons not authorized by us, or if our
devices are provided with replacement
parts, additional parts or accessories that
are not original parts and as a result a
defect is caused.
End device self-test
After the program has ended, the
appliance returns to normal operation.
