Incorrect CP status
The CP status “C” has been lost during the charging process.
The loss of the status may be caused by noise due to bad
wiring between the output of the charging station and the
vehicle’s charging socket. Bad wiring inside the vehicle can
also cause the loss of status due to noise.

The input frequency is out of range.
• Measure the frequency of the alternating current
The charging station is set to an input frequency of 50/60 Hz
±10%.

The “Stop Charging” button on the HMI
has been pressed.
No fault. The alarm indicates that charging has been stopped
by pressing the button on the HMI

Vehicle error: Battery temperature
prevents charging
The vehicle battery is too hot or too cold for charging.

Vehicle error: The electric vehicle
changes its position.
• Bring the vehicle to a standstill

Vehicle error: Failure of the charging
plug interlock
The vehicle has not recognized the charging plug inserted
into the charging socket or the charging plug cannot be
disconnected.

Vehicle error: Battery malfunction
Any unrecoverable fault or unrecoverable fault state of the
vehicle battery.

Vehicle error: Charging current
difference
The vehicle has detected that the charging station cannot
provide an output current that meets the actual voltage
requirement. Therefore, the vehicle has stopped the
communication session.

Vehicle error: The charging voltage is
outside the permissible range.
The vehicle has detected that the vehicle battery voltage is
below or above the normal voltage range.

Vehicle error: Incompatibility of the
charging system
The vehicle has determined that the charging station is
incompatible.
