Programming
Parameterization must be correct before the channels and digital outputs can
be controlled and the actual values can be read.
With both the SIMATIC S7 and the SIMATIC S5, direct I/O accesses are al-
ways used. Only word or double--word accesses to even addresses can be
used for I/O accesses.

Controlling the Channels
The individual channels of the CM35 can be started and stopped by writing
the control word. The control word must be written to address
