In this section, you define the basic settings for the selected reader interface.

Critical hardware errors/faults are reported
by the S7 diagnostics.

Hard/Soft Errors:
Critical hardware errors and errors that oc-
cur during command processing are report-
ed by the S7 diagnostics. The "Ext_Diag" bit
is set.
