the input box "Path".

Select the "Connected" and "Large Connection" check boxes, if applicable.

Create a variable for "MSG_WRITE".

Assign parameters for the variable as follows:

10.Select the reader for which you want to assign parameters in the "Communication" tab in
the input box "Path".
11.Select the "Connected" and "Large Connection" check boxes, if applicable.

12.Select the relevant input word of the reader for the parameter "STATUS_WORD"
(<Readername>:I.Data[0]).
13.Select the relevant output word of the reader for the parameter "CONTROL_WORD"
(<Readername>:O.Data[0]).
14.Start the block by calling the "EXECUTE" parameter.
