You can use a compensation box to compensate for the influence of the tem-
perature on the reference junction (e.g. terminal box).
Observe the following rules:
The compensation box must have a floating supply.
The power supply must have a grounded shielding winding.
The compensation box must be connected to terminals 1 and 2 of the ter-
minal block.
You can use the following three modules to connect voltage sensors:
Analog Input Module 464–8MB11 for voltages of
1 V
Analog Input Module 464–8MC11 for voltages of
10 V
and
Analog Input Module 466–8MC11 for voltages from 0 to 10 V
Figure 7-3 shows the two–wire connection of voltage sensors.
