Avoid additional heat entry
NOTICE
Demagnetization of the magnets due to additional heating of the shaft
If the motor is additionally heated through the shaft of the customer application, the
magnets may become demagnetized. The following measures, for example, can be taken
to avoid additional heat influx into the motor through the customer application:
•
Reduce the temperature of the shaft of the customer application.
•
Thermally insulate the shaft of the customer application from the motor.
•
Reduce the temperature of the medium channeled through the hollow motor shaft by the
customer application.
•
Reduce the power.
•
Use a larger motor.
•
