5.12 FB 135 Provide D No. after tool change
MANR
Magazine No. (0 Magazine No. 16)
1)
Via the magazine number, all other data necessary for processing are derived from
the machine data.
MANR = 1...16
1)
: PLNR refers to the magazine location of the active tool.
MANR = 0
: PLNR refers to the number of the tool buffer where the active
tool is located.
PLNR
Locator No.
Via the magazine and locator number, the data word address is determined within the
table for the tool whose D No. are to be transferred into the R parameters.
K-NR
Channel No.
K-NR is the number of the channel, into whose R parameters R 101 to R 109 the
reference list of the source tool is to be transferred.
ESP
Read disable
This output signal is set as long as the block function has not been terminated.
VG-L
Operation active
This output signal is set as long as the block function has not terminated.
VG-B
Operation terminated
On termination of this block function or in an error condition, this signal is "1" for the
duration of one PLC cycle. This signal can also be used as a step-enabling condition
in sequencers. It is also generated if an error occurs.
F
Error bit
If an error is detected during the block parameter check, this output has a "1" signal
for the duration of one PLC cycle. The error No. can then be read in DRx of the DB
status word (DBZW). This signal must be scanned cyclically since in the case of an
error, only the error bit has a "1" status.
GST
Initial setting signal (generated internally by the system)
ZW1...
Status word 1 to 3
ZW3
Internal block statuses and saved data during program processing.
F-NR
Error No.
The error No. is updated if output "F" has a "1" signal.
PKAN
Program channel No.
The status words are allocated via this byte if the block is called more than once per
PLC cycle. The magazine and locator No. are used to locate the required channel.
