Restart and warm restart
At restart only:
At restart the status data block DB 144 is set up and deleted.
Restart and warm restart:
At a restart, the TO memory management is established after generation of the status DB. No
dynamic buffer is processed during this time. If the TO memory management reports the error
"TO memory cannot be established" (e.g. the relevant NC machine data for the TO configu-
ration have changed and the TO assignments contain occupied and/or reserved D No.), the
PLC enters the Stop state. The number of the block where the error has occurred and the
number have to be taken from ACCU 1 and ACCU 2 of the block stack.
If the command code 0 "Load tool data" was interrupted due to a power failure, the data entry
is cancelled after a warm restart and an error message entered in the corresponding dynamic
buffer.
Special features of job parameter assignment
Magazine No. and/or locator No. = 0 is an additional means of manipulating the program
response and data access.
Magazine No. = 0:
Valid for all command codes.
If the magazine No. = 0, the locator No. refers either to the tool buffer or to a loading
memory.
There are two possibilities:
Locator No. > 0: locator No. = No. of the loading memory,
Locator No. < 0: locator No. = No. of the tool buffer.
Only those tool buffers can be loaded directly
that are assigned to a magazine/channel
via machine data MD 2075 to MD 2077
local tool buffers.
Locator No. = 0:
Triggers error message " Reloading
not possible in tool buffer ".
Magazine No. >< 0:
Valid for all command codes.
If magazine No. >< the locator No. refers to the specified magazine (active or background
magazine).
Locator No. = 0:
Valid for command code 0.
If locator no. = 0, the loading type "Reloading " is activated. In this case, the magazine is
searched for a tool that is clearly defined by the ID No. and Duplo No. entered in the dynamic
buffer.
Reloading of the tool buffer is not possible.
