5.13 FB 139 Data distributor
The following command codes are supported by the data distributor:
Command code:
0:
Load tool data
The cutting edges have to be loaded in ascending sequence; otherwise, processing will be
discontinued with an error message.
Specification:
Magazine No., locator No., cutting edge No.
Special features:
a) During entry of the magazine data into the magazine table, bit 15 "Location occupied",
bit 9 "Replacement tool" and bit 8 "Tool not enabled" of identification DB (DB 152)
are set.
b) When loading via the tool buffer and from magazines other than turrets, it is assumed
that no setup data are available. Therefore, the setup data, particularly the number of
cutting edges, are generated by continuous incrementation. In this case, the number of
offsets per cutting edge is limited to one.
In addition, there are two different ways of loading via the tool buffer:
–
A tool is loaded the data of which have been transferred to the tool buffer via the
transfer block during a tool change ( old location is available).
The tool data are entered into the TO area assigned to the old location via the
magazine No. (machine data words).
–
A tool is loaded which is transferred manually to a tool buffer (e.g. spindle or
loading memory). (No old location available.)
The tool data are entered in TO area 1.
c)
Setup data may also be entered when loading a turret. (Input via operator panel or
setup program in preparation and/or presetting when generating the magazine table :
Number of cutting edges and number of offsets per cutting edge.) If the number of
compensations per cutting edge is > 1, the number of cutting edges must not exceed
the specifications in the setup data. Otherwise, an error message will be generated.
In the case of an error, any data of the current magazine location are deleted.
1:
Reading the tool data of any cutting edge.
Specification:
Magazine No., locator No., cutting edge No.
2:
Reading the tool data entered in the magazine table.
Specification:
Magazine No., locator No.
3:
Reading the tool data of the first cutting edge of a tool whose "Tool used" bit is set.
Bit 1 in DB 153 of the specified magazine area
Specification:
Magazine No., locator No. where the search is to be started.
4:
Reading the tool data of the first cutting edge of a tool whose "Tool already entered" bit is
not yet set.
Bit 0 in DB 153 of the specified magazine area
Specification:
Magazine No., locator No. where the search is to be started.
