Tool management active in PLC
The bit must be set in the PLC MD area where the PLC tool management is
installed. The machine data is required for entering the tool data via tape NC
program. No validity check is carried out.

"1" signal:
Cartridge handling is used with tool management and computer link.
"0" signal:
Without cartridge handling

Alternative search sequence
"1" signal:
In order to enable a requested tool, an active tool is first searched for in all
magazines; if no active tool is found, a replacement tool is searched for in all
magazines.
"0" signal:
The requested tool is searched for in the active magazine. If it is not found here,
an appropriate replacement tool is looked for in the current magazine. If no
replacement tool is found either, an active tool is looked for in all the chained
magazines. If this search is not successful, a replacement tool is looked for in all
the chained magazines.

"1" signal:
Both the tool identifications and the user data (if available) must be entered by the
user in the target location of the magazine table. FB 150 is called once for entering
a cutting edge data block; it should include the corresponding user routing
program (for further descriptions see documentation on the data distributor).
