10.2.4 User interface
"0" signal:
The basic routine of the PLC assigns T and H words from the NC to the
submagazine-specific interface (DW 65 to DW 69) via the channel-specific
interface. The number of the source channel is entered into data word DW 64.
The special position programmed in an H word and the associated T call must
appear in the same NC block of the NC program.
SELECTION OF THE SPECIAL POSITIONING FUNCTION
D 63.1
"1" signal:
(from basic routine; precondition: D 63.15 = 0)
The H words specified in data words DW 67 to DW 69 are declared valid. If the
contents of the extended H address (DW 67) are identical with the contents of the
machine data MD 2072, the special function is selected and acknowledged after
completion of the tool search (cf. D 71.3).
"1" signal:
(from user; precondition: D 63.15 = 1)
The H words specified in data words DW 67 to DW 69 are declared valid. If the
contents of the extended H address (DW 67) are identical with the contents of the
machine data MD 2072, the special function is selected and acknowledged after
completion of the tool search (cf. D 71.3). If the contents of data word DW 67
differ from the contents of MD 2072, the signal D 63.1 is immediately deleted by
the basic functions.
"0" signal:
The contents of data words DW 67 to DW 69 are invalid.
START TOOL SELECTION
D 63.0
"1" signal:
(from basic routine; precondition D 63.7 = 0)
A T word routed by the basic routine from the channel-specific interface to data
words DW 65 and DW 66 is declared valid. This starts the tool selection and the
tool search in the assigned or chained magazines. The signal is present for the
duration of the search.
"1" signal:
(from the user; precondition D 63.7 = 1)
A T word entered by the user in the data words DW 65 and DW 66 is declared
valid. This starts the tool selection and the tool search in the assigned or chained
magazines. The signal is present for the duration of the search.
"0" signal:
No function; tool search is not started.
