10.2.4 User interface
TOOL MUST BE AT SPECIAL POSITION
D 71.3
"1" signal:
An H function has been programmed together with a T call in the part program.
The H group of this H function (DW 67) is identical with the H group defined in the
machine data MD 2072. The 16 low-order bits of the H word of this H function are
copied into data word DW 75.
Application: Magazine with special position.
If the assigned magazine has one or more special positions, the locator number of
the special position on which the required tool is to be positioned must be defined
in the H word. If the direction selection function for linear magazines (FB 133) is
used, the following data of the submagazine-specific user interface can be routed
directly to parameters of the FB 133:
User interface

SETPOINT
DW 76

DW 75
SPECIFIED POSITION
For a more detailed description of the direction selection for linear magazines,
please refer to the user documentation for FB 133.
Note: No validity check is carried out for the H word.
"0" signal:
No special position is assigned for the tool.
RUN SPINDLE WITHOUT TOOL
D 71.5
"1" signal:
This signal is set if T=0 is requested in the part program. The empty location
required in the assigned magazine must be determined by the user program via
the search routines for empty locations FB 122 and FB 112 (with/without
configuring). The special parameter assignment of the transfer block can be used
for the transfer of the spindle tool to its old location (see transfer block FB 128).
"0" signal:
In all other cases.
RUN SET LOCATION WITHOUT TOOL
D 71.6
"1" signal:
This signal indicates whether the specified location is an exchange location, which
was determined by the basic function and can be run without a tool by the user.
The locator number and data word address within the magazine table must be
read in data words DW 72 and DW 74 (see also D 71.2; for description of suitable
exchange locations see D 71.9).
Suitable exchange tools:
– Disabled tools with identical T No.,
– Disabled tools of identical size but with different T No.
"0" signal:
In all other cases.
