SUVL
Search operation active
The SUVL parameter has a "1" signal as long as the search operation is active.
F
Error
The parameter has a "1" signal for the duration of one cycle if an error has been
found during initialization of the block. (For unconditional processing only; in the case
of a conditional call, the signal remains in the "1" state until the next search job is
initiated.)
NGEF
Not found
If the search key has not been found, the parameter NGEF has a "1" signal for the
duration of one PLC cycle. (For unconditional processing only; in the case of a
conditional call, the signal remains in the "1" state until the next search job is
initiated.)
IST
Actual position
Specification of the current actual position of the magazine where the search begins.
The search direction must be specified. The actual position is only evaluated in the
case of chain magazines and is expected to appear in data word DW 76 of the
allocated channel DB. For this purpose, the block evaluates internally the
submagazine-specific machine data bit 11 DB 64.
ZW
Status word
Data word area for internal statuses in the DB status word (DBZW)
GST
Initial setting
F-NR
Error No.
In the case of an error, i.e. "F" = 1, the cause of the error appears in DR 246 of DB
150.
MAS1
Mask for first identifier DB DB 151
The mask is made available to FB111 via the internal DB 150 DL224 data transfer
interface. The following conditions must be observed:
If parameter KEN1 = -1, parameter KEN1 is not contained in the search key and
therefore the contents of MAS1 are of no significance.
If parameter KEN1 >< -1, the following data format must be followed:
In most cases, the data transfer interface in DB150 DL224 is always deleted, i.e.,
if the search key does not contain any of the bits 12...15 of the first identifier
DBs, no additional parameterization measures are necessary. If, however, one or
more of the above signals are contained in the search key, the following rules
must be observed:
DB150 D224.8 = 0
: The search key contains parts of bits 0 to 11 of the first
identifier DB, DB151.
search mask = 0FFFh
DB150 D224.8 = 1
: The search key contains none of the signals from bits 0
to 11 of the first identifier DB, DB151
search mask = 0h
DB150 D224.9...11
: Of no significance and not evaluated.
DB150 D224.12...15
: Routed to bits 12 ...15 of the search mask of the first
identifier DB, DB151.
