1)
Unloading via tape
Prerequisites
•
The @ function "File Handling" must be set (option)
•
Cycle L947 must not be in the user memory submodule but in the part program
Description
The function block FB120 generates one or more loading blocks from the data of a tool or tool
group. These loading blocks are made available to cycle L947 in the channel-specific R
parameters. The user specifies the tools from which FB120 is to generate the loading blocks
via the operator panel. Possible FB120 functions are described under "Functions". L947 can
only be used if it is in the part program memory.
FB120 procedure:
1) The tools to be unloaded are first marked in DB153 with bit 7. The tools which are to be
unloaded are defined in the display block. The display block enters the search key and the
search area in the data structure of FB120. Before the program is run, the user can mark
individual tools manually via the operator panel by setting bit 15 in DB151.
2) The data of the first marked tool in the magazine table are requested by the data distributor
and placed in the buffer. The tool marking is then deleted.
3) The contents of the output buffer are transferred to the channel-specific R parameters.
Steps 2) and 3) are repeated until no marked tools are left or an error occurs.
Response to NC STOP
On NC STOP the NC program stops in the current block. FB120 remains active and waits for
a new M function. On NC START the NC program continues from the next block. The marked
tools continue to be unloaded.
Response to NC-RESET
On NC RESET the unloading program is interrupted and starts again from the first block on
cold restart. The unloading program section so far generated is maintained in the part program
memory. FB120 is also interrupted and then reset. If NC START is restarted and an unloading
program is available, the process is aborted with an error.
Behavior during "mode change"
For operating modes
- REPOS,
- INC FEED X
- JOG
behavior is the same as for ”NC STOP”.
For operating modes
- MDI AUTOMATIC
- PRESET
- REFPOINT
behavior is the same as for ”NC RESET”.
