Establish Remote connection
The remote expert initializes the remote connection over cRSP.
The on-site technician then releases access for the remote connection.

Establish remote connection on the side of the remote
expert
No additional software is required to establish the connection. The connection is
through the Common Remote Service Platform (cRSP)
The cRSP framework is used to communicate with machines outside the SIEMENS
network.

Log-in through the Common Remote Service Platform (cRSP)

Open the following link in the “Google Chrome” browser to log in to the cRSP
system:
https://crsp1.siemens.com/industry/

Click the “Login PKI” button.
