Contact between the appliance and installation lines may lead
to a defect in these lines, e.g. gas pipes and power lines. Gas
from a corroded gas pipe can ignite. A damaged power line
can cause a short circuit.

Check that there is a distance of at least 5 cm between the
appliance and installation lines.

If the appliance is not installed properly, this may result in

tractor hoods or aluminium pans), e.g. for the Machine Care
programme.
