4.8.2 I/O
Faults
Presence of the following I/O board faults will cause the fault LED to be on. When the fault
LED is illuminated the fault table webpage can be accessed to determine which of the
following faults is present.
Fault
Possible cause/Remedy
Hardware error
Could be caused by one of the following
1. I/O fuse (F1) failure
- replace the fuse (section 7.3.5)
2. PSU board hardware failure
- replace the PSU board
Supply voltage low (environment error)
The PSU board supply voltage has dropped
below 8V.
