Only connect and start up the Electromatic brush in
accordance with the instruction manual.
Do not reach into the moving brush roller.
When the Electromatic brush is running, do not
allow it to come into close contact with long hair,
scarves, ties or similar items => Risk of injury!
When the brush roller is turning, do not run over the
power cable.
When the brush roller is rotating, keep the
Electromatic brush moving on the carpet (damage to
the floor).
Only use the socket on the vacuum cleaner for origi-
nal accessories.
Disconnect from the power supply before connect-
ing the electric brush.
Wool velour carpets, especially those with a loose
pile, should only be cleaned with the Electromatic
brush at widely spaced time intervals.
Do not use damaged Electromatic brushes
If a fault occurs, disconnect the Electromatic brush
from the vacuum cleaner => Unplug the mains plug.
!
Please note
The mains socket must be protected by at least a 16
amp circuit breaker.
If a circuit breaker is tripped when you switch on the
vacuum cleaner, this may be because other electrical
appliances which have a high current draw are con-
nected to the same power circuit.
To prevent the circuit breaker from tripping, select
the lowest power setting before switching the appli-
ance on, and increase the power only once it is run-
ning.
