4.3.2 WEEKLY CLEANING:
Clean the display unit at least once a week, to coincide with a defrosting procedure.
- Remove the ice-cream tubs and corresponding supports. Clean them using warm water.
- Clean the inside of the tub, taking care not to use too much warm water as this could damage the electrical
circuits, or fill the condensate collector tray (where present).
- Dry the inside of the tub using a clean cloth.
- Replace the supports and the corresponding tubs.
NOTE!
Always use a tiny amount of water and dry thoroughly.
Never clean the display unit using direct jets of water.
Never use pure alcohol or other cleaning products
for outer surfaces.
