LEVEL  OF  HEAT.  READ  THE  INSTRUCTIONS  CAREFULLY  AND  REFRAIN  FROM 
BURNING  ANY  MANUFACTURED  WOOD  WITH  AN  ARTIFICIALLY  INCREASED 
BTU RATING.  
 
THIS  HEATER  HAS  BEEN  DESIGNED  TO  HEAT  A  SMALL  AREA  OR  AS  AN 
ESTHETIC FEATURE FOR YOUR BOAT.  USE THIS HEATER RESPONSIBLY. DO NOT 
OVERFIL THIS HEATER (pg 4). 
 
WHEN  USING  ENGENEERED  FIREWOOD,  MORE  FREQUENT  CLEANING  OF  THE 
FIREBOX AND THE FLUE MAY BE REQUIRED.  
 
FOLLOW ALL INSTALLATION AND OPERATING PROCEDURES 
 
A  PERMANENTLY  OPEN  FRESH  AIR  INLET  MUST  BE  INSTALLED  TO  ALLOW  AIR 
TO ENTER THE BOAT AND PROVIDE COMBUSTION AIR FOR THE HEATER 
 
WARNING:  THIS  APPLIANCE  AND  THE  EXHAUST  PIPE  GETS  HOT  DURING 
OPERATION. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT INJURY. 
 

DO NOT OPERATE THIS PRODUCT UNATTENDED 

 

 

LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS 

 
1.

 

Open the air damper control located on the front of the ash drawer by sliding the 
knob to the right side. 

 
2.

 

Close the sliding panel on the front door by unscrewing the brass thumb screw and 
sliding the decorative panel down.  

 
3.

 

Open the heater door and load a fire lighter or starter onto the fire grate.  Ignite and 
add sufficient solid fuel for the fire to start.  It is important not to overfill the 
combustion chamber (pg 4).  

 
4.

 

Close the door. 

 
5.

 

Once the fire is established the sliding panel may be opened 

 
6.

 

The air damper control can be adjusted to provide fast or extended burning.
