When the vertical scale is within 1 mV to 5 mV, V

is calculated to follow [ -3, -2.25, -1.5, -0.75,
0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25, 3 ] * vertical scale.
When the vertical scale is more than 5 mV, V
setting
is calculated to follow [ -3.75, -2.8125, -1.875,
-0.9375, 0, 0.9375, 1.875, 2.8125, 3.75 ] * vertical scale.
