Chapter 3 Calibration channel parameters
Calibration instructions:
The parameters to be calibrated are the voltage setting value, voltage
displaying value, current setting value and current displaying value. All
parameters are determined by linear calibration and the fitting function is
Y=aX + b.
“a” is the linear coefficient and “b” is the offset. In order to
determine
the parameters “a” and “b”, it is necessary to know two
corresponding points, namely (x1, y1), (x2, y2) and then find their parameters
“a” and “b”. The system can implement calibration commands through a
combination of SCPI commands. Send SCPI commands through the NI
interface.
Users can control the instrument remotely by using National Instruments
Corporation's NI-VISA. NI MAX is a user interface that controls the device.
Open the NI Control Command interface
Step:
1. Open the NI MAX user port interface;
2. Click on the “device and interface” in the upper left corner, find the
connected power supply information, click on the power supply device and
click “Open VISA Test Panel”, then pop up the bullet box. As shown in Figure
3-1 below.
3. Click the “Input/Output” option of the box, enter the command in the
command box, and click Write or Query to make the command take effect.
As
shown in Figure 3-2 below.
