Test Procedures
1. Synchronize the SSG5000X and signal analyzer. Connect the RF output
terminal of the SSG5000X with the RF input terminal of the signal analyzer
as shown in above figure.
2. Configure the SSG5000X:
1) Set the frequency to 1 GHz.
2) Set the level to -10 dBm.
3) Enable the pulse state.
4) Set the pulse source to internal.
5) Set the pulse mode to single.
6) Set the pulse period to 1s.
7) Set the pulse width to 0.5s.
8) Set the pulse trigger to Key.
9) Enable the modulation output switch
