3. Configure the signal analyzer:
1)
Set the Mode to “Vector Signal Analyzer” (VXA).
2) Set the reference level to 0 dBm.
3) Set the center frequency to SSG5000X output frequency.
4) Set the frequency span to 6 MHz.
5) Set the amplitude range to 2dBm.

Set the Measurements to “Digital Demod”.
7) Set the demod Symbol Rate to 4MHz
8) Set the Modulation Format to be the same as the SSG5000X.
9) Set the Meas Filter to Root Raised Cosine
10) Set the Ref Filter to Raised Cosine
11) Set the filter Alpha to 0.25
12) Record the EVM.
4. Compare the measurement result with the specification.
