HOW TO PREPARE FOR WORK.
Clean and dry the tile to be lifted
Clean and dry the suction cups.
Distribute the suction cups by following the attached pictures.
Place the machine on the tile.
Press each suction cup firmly on the tile and simultaneously
actuate the lever and / or plunger.
In the case of piston actuation, it is considered a sufficient
seal when the red ring disappears.
Check visually and with your hands that all the suction cups
adhere to the tile.
When lifting a new material, leave it 5 cm high. from the
ground for at least a triple time, compared to what is neces-
sary for moving and working, to ensure that the grip stays for
a long enough time.
4.1. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS.
Lifting machine and tile bending your knees and keeping your
back vertical.
Avoid passing the suspended load over to people or places
where a possible fall in the load may be dangerous.
End-of-life cards are available on our website:

6.0. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE.
Do not leave the machine unattended and do not allow this to
be used by strangers or incapable.
When the machine is unused, place it in such a way as to
prevent the edge of the suction cups from touching edges
that can cause permanent deformation.
If this happens, disassemble the suction cup and bathe the
rubber part in boiling water for at least 10 minutes, let it cool
down without sticking to the sealing edge.
Do not leave the machine exposed to atmospheric agents
(rain, sun, humidity, etc.).
7.0. DIAGNOSTICS.

Clean the surfaces in contact or ask the supplier for a suction alternative
with more material adaptation capability.
The suction cup handle does not remain hooked vertically
The handle is worn
Replace the handle
Difficult telescopic sliding of longitudinal extrusions
Dirt in the guides
Clean the guides and lubricate them with the WD40 or equivalent
