Hardware Installation
1.
Connect the transmitting
Mini DVI Extender
to
your PC source.
2.
Connect the receiving
Mini DVI Extender
to your
DVI equipped monitor.
3.
Connect your CAT-5/5e/6 cable, make sure it is
securely connected with no loose wires.
Notes
1.
All transmissions distances are measured with
CAT-5e 125MHz cable.
2.
To reduce interferance use shielded CAT-5/5e/6
cables to improve EMI over longer distances.
3.
For resolutions greater than 1280 x 1024, CAT-6
cable is recommended.

should be used with care. Please read and follow the

and minimize the risk of damage to the unit.

unit

Provide proper ventilation and air circulation, do

Keep objects that might damage the device at a safe
distance and assure that the placement of this unit is
on a stable surface

Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this
units.

Use only the accessories that came with the unit
