Maintaining safety and
function
→ If the handles have become loose,
tighten them using a screwdriver.
→ Replace handles that are cracked or
do not fi t correctly.
→ Replace damaged glass lids or any
damaged cookware.
→ Only use genuine spare parts.
→ Refer to our instructions for clean-
ing and care.
Contact your specialist dealer in the
event of repairs.
Cooking safely with your
Silargan® cookware
→ Use suitable, heat-resistant hand
protection, particularly when using
the cookware in the oven.
→ Never touch the hot outer surfaces
of the cookware during use.
→ You must only use the handles and
ensure a fi rm grip when moving or
carrying hot cookware.
→ Do not touch anybody else with
the hot cookware.
→ Only place the hot cookware on
heat-resistant surfaces (never on
synthetic material, etc.).
→ Never leave hot cookware unat-
tended.
→ Keep children away from the
cookware during use.
→ Never allow young children to han-
dle the cookware unsupervised.
Children can choke on the small
parts. Danger of suffocation!
→ Do not extinguish burning fat with
water. Use a lid or a blanket.
→ Do not touch the surface of the
hob immediately after cooking.
This also applies to induction hobs
as the cooking zone can get hot
due to heat being recovered by
the cookware base. Keep children
away from the hob.
