• Make sure that the mains adapter is properly connected to
the device and a wall socket.
No light pulse
is emitted
when the
pulse button
is pressed.
• Ensure that the treatment surface is pressed flat and
firmly on your skin.
The orange indicator light “Skin type warning/Light pulse
ready” should be
flashing slowly
.
If there is no contact or not sufficient contact between the
application area and your skin, the indicator light lights up
continuously and a safety switch prevents the light pulses
from being emitted.
• If the orange indicator light “Skin type warning/Light pulse
ready” is
flashing quickly
while you press the treatment
surface on the area to be treated, your skin tone is too
dark for safe use of the device. Try to use the device on
another part of the body, or contact our customer care
service.
• If the orange indicator light “Skin type warning/Light pulse
ready” is
continuously lit up
and there is also one or more
energy level indicator lights lit up, there is a system error.
Contact our customer care service.
• If the orange indicator light and all green energy level
indicator lights are flashing at the same time, the device
has reached the end of its service life (300,000 light
pulses). Unplug the device from the mains and dispose of it
according to current regulations.
