drum and the arm supports.
Caution!!! Before oiling or lubricating the concrete mixer, disconnect the machine.
- Check the driving belts.
To be carried out every month:
- Check locking of the mechanical components.
- Grease and oil all the joints exposed to seizure and grease the special lubricators placed on the machine.
Always remember that oil and grease is a special waste and must be disposed of according to the laws in force.
Check the electric safety devices. - Check operation and locking of the mechanical safety devices.
- On machines with internal combustion engine, check for leakage of fuel from the tank.
8.2
Corrective maintenance
Other corrective maintenance work (special/repairs) must be done by the authorised
technical personnel. In case of corrective maintenance work like replacement of components, repair, etc. stop the machine
and disconnect it from the power supply.
We always recommend that electrical work, including replacement of uses,
should be performed by qualified personnel: electrician.

8.4
Replacing the driving belt
In case the driving belts are damaged, broken or no longer able to properly
transmit power, replace them according to the instructions of chapter 6.2.
8.5
Ordering spare parts
When ordering spare parts, order the component from the supplier and/or
manufacturer of the machine. Always mention the
model of the machine, part number, type of machine, description of the
desired component, quantity and the main features.
9.
DISMANTLING
Should the machine not be used for a long time (e.g. holidays), carry out the following operations:
- Disconnect the machine from the power mains.
- Carefully clean the whole machine, remove dust, deposits and dirt.
- Wash the inner part of the drum with some shovelfuls of pebble gravel and water and let it rotate.
- Remove the concrete deposits, but do not hurt the drum with hard objects like hammers, shovels, etc.
- Oil all the moving parts exposed to seizure and the mechanical components exposed to oxidation.
- Store the machine in a dry and ventilated place, or use a nylon covering.
- Position the drum with the unloading opening downwards.
9.1
Disassembling / dismantling
Before carrying out any dismantling or disassembling operation, disconnect the electric system.
- Disconnect all the electric and mechanical components;
- Disassemble the driving parts, the electric motor and the belts.
- Disconnect the control board and wiring harness.
- Disconnect and disassemble all the other mechanical components.
9.2
Disposal
The following are the materials the machine is made of:
- Painted steel, aluminium and other metallic components.
- Plastic materials.
- Oil-hydraulic materials
- Cables, motors and electric components.
These materials must be disposed of through specialised companies in accordance with current laws in the
country of use.
