Whipping cream
You can also use the appliance to whip cream with the help of the whisk attachment
:
1) Place the bowl
on the stand
.
2) Push the whisk attachment
onto the blade holder
:

For 100 ml of cream, place it onto the blade holder
so that the whisk
attachment
is in contact with both blades
and clicks into place (fig. 1):

For 200 ml of cream, turn the whisk attachment
horizontally by 180°
(fig. 2), so that it is in contact with only one blade
and clicks into place
(fig. 3). It then churns higher through the cream.
