Ingredients

1.5 kg White cabbage
■
1/2 Paprika pod
■
125 g Sugar
■
125 ml Cooking oil
■
125 ml Vinegar
■
1 tbsp. Salt
■
a pinch of pepper
1) Cut the white cabbage up into small pieces and then slice it with the coarse
cutting drum

2) Cut the paprika pod up so that it fi ts into the fi lling shaft

and then shred it
with the coarse shredding drum

(IV).
3) Heat up the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and the pepper.
4) Pour this liquid over the white cabbage and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
