Short circuit alarm of the outputs
The short circuit alarm is automatically activated by the Simatek GFC 32 (LED Alarm [17] is on) in order to signal
failure of the solenoid/s. The Simatek GFC 32 will not activate the outputs in alarm, and will therefore exclude the
faulty valves from the cleaning cycle.
In order to identify the faulty valves:
1.
Press the key “+” [10]: The display [7] will show the letter A followed by the number of the output in alarm.
2.
Keep pressing the key “+” [10] in order to identify all of the outputs in alarm.
3.
Press key “-” [10] to go back to E (run).
4.
Perform the required maintenance.
5.
Press Alarm reset [19]: The alarm is eliminated as the fault has been rectified.
To have remote Alarm signal, connect to the relay’s terminals on contacts All common [38] and No [39] or Nc
[40].
11.
Microprocessor failure alarm
LED WD [18] will switch off each time the microprocessor is faulty. The customer cannot solve the problem: contact
Simatek.
This will also activate the Alarm contact.
