The control panel enables all operators to make the necessary
adjustments for managing

SOLO HE EV
thermal units and
the systems connected to them.

Preliminary checks
The initial start-up of the
SOLO HE EV
thermal unit must be car-
ried out by professionally qualified personnel, after which the
appliance will function automatically. It may be necessary for
the user to restart the appliance autonomously, without contact-
ing the technician; for example, after a holiday. In this case, the
following checks and operations must be carried out:
– check that the fuel and water circuit shut-off valves are open

– check on the pressure gauge (A) that the pressure of the heat-
ing system, when cold, is
1–1.2 bar
. If not, open the filling valve
(B) and refill the heating system until the pressure gauge (A)
shows a reading of
1–1.2 bar
– close the filling valve (B).

Ignition
After completing the preliminary checks, start up the thermal
unit:
– adjust the room thermostat to the desired temperature (~
20°C)
– set the main system switch to "ON"
ON

– adjust the heating thermostat (4) to roughly 3/4 of the adjust-
ment range (corresponding to roughly 75°C)
– press the main switch (8) on the control panel and verify that
the green LED switches on (3)
