Cleaning the fume duct
To clean the fume ducts, proceed as follows:
– loosen the screw (8) and extract the burner (9)
– unscrew the nuts (10) fastening the body’s front element (11),
pull the latter to free it from the stud bolts (12) and extract it

– extract the 5 turbulators (13) and brush them to remove the
soot
– remove the soot also from the smoke ducts using a pipe
cleaner or other suitable tool
– remove the soot deposited in the combustion chamber (14).

After completing the cleaning operations, mount all the com-
ponents back on except for the burner, by performing the above
steps in reverse order.
8.2.4
Cleaning and replacing the combustion head
To clean the combustion head:
– loosen the screw (15) and extract the nose (16)
– loosen the screw (17) with the Allen key provided and remove
the “turbulence rotor” unit (18) together with the electrode
unit (19)
– remove the nozzle (20) from the oil line using an appropriate
spanner

– make sure that all the components are in good condition; if
not, they must be replaced
– clean all the components properly.

CAUTION
If the diffuser (21) must be removed from its housing,
it must then be put back in place while making sure
that the pin (23) is inserted through the hole (22).

Once the operations have been completed, mount the compo-
nents back on by performing the above procedure in reverse or-
der while making sure that the dimensions are observed.
